Overview:

The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with prospective clients in a consultative role to position Company’s e-security professional services and managed services solutions.

Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop/formulate new business and revenue models to generate higher growth and margin opportunity
  • Gather client requirements and prioritize for both existing and future requirements
  • Manage business and sales development to include management of key clients and client activity
  • Negotiate client contracts
  • Develop long-term client relationships and have a strong “customer-first” philosophy
  • Work with management to identify opportunities across diverse industries and markets various sales activities that drive prospects through the awareness and consideration phases of the sales cycle.
  • Assists with integrating offering into client sites
  • Achieve assigned revenue goals and objectives
Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 3-8  years of progressive sales experience and possess strong account and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in selling professional consulting services or managed services in B2B e-security Solutions, networking, telecommunications or other related services
  • Possess previous experience in executing and managing large contracts such as Master Services Consulting Agreements
  • A proven track record as a self-starter with ability to develop strong relationships with senior executives within targeted accounts
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to maximize outcomes and display proven strategy implementations

Consulting System Engineers in all major US locations

Senior Sales Engineer ( Security ) Dallas,Houston , Boston, California, Chicago, NY

Locations: Dallas, Houston , San Fran,  and  Chicago

  • 5+ years experience as a senior network engineer. Security and/or pre-sales experience a plus.
  • Understanding of Network Access Control, Intrusion Prevention Systems or similar network security technology (AV, FW).
  • Experienced in product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and interfacing with external clients.
  • Strong understanding of the following:
    • Networking: Routing, Switching (layer 2/layer 3), MPLS, VPN, LAN, WAN, WLAN, ACL, CLI, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, 802.1X, SSL
    • Traffic Monitoring/Spanning: 802.1Q, VLAN
    • Troubleshooting Skills: TCPDUMP, SNMPWALK, NETSTAT, Wireshark
    • Security Products: SIEM, Vulenerability Assessment, MDM, ePO, or similar technologies
    • Authentication: 802.1x, RADIUS, LDAP, AD, smart card, NTLMv2
    • Database: SQL, MySQL
    • Network/Host Security: NAC, IPS, FW, AV, or similar technologies
    • OS: Linux/UNIX, Windows, MAC, Android, IOS
    • Security certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, etc. is preferred
  • Proficiency in quickly evaluating key attributes of example network infrastructures and ability to articulate how these attributes would interact with the application of specific kinds of security products including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, forensic systems, and AV software.
  • Experience installing, managing, and supporting real-world network and computer security systems.
  • Understanding of the current threat and vulnerability landscape.
  • Experience in designing/engineering network and security solutions for large enterprise networks.
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications, including negotiation and presentation skills with audiences of varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Responsible for representing the ForeScout products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent project management skills.
  • Team player who is highly collaborative with excellent people management and influence management skills.

Technical Account Manager ( all locations )

Technical Account Manager :

 

Secure Recruiting is looking for TAM’s in every major US location for a very hot well funded Pre IPO Endpoint Security vendor .

 TAMs are responsible for the majority of customer-facing activities related to the  platform, products, and technology throughout the  customer lifecycle. TAMs must be able to work efficiently with teammates and the enterprise sales team to facilitate product adoption and continually ensure customer success.

 Ideal candidates for the Technical Account Manager position are comfortable working with large customers in a wide range of functions including but not limited to product demonstrations, solution architecture, content development, professional services, and product support. Experience with a wide range of enterprise software, an engineering background, and good writing skills are preferred.

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in security, systems management, or enterprise software development.

Qualifications

Candidates must be problem solvers and are:

  • Collaborative and enjoy working in a tight knit, team-oriented group
  • Able to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Comfortable in face-to-face customer engagements and high-pressure situations
  • Capable of translating complex, technical concepts into easily understood terms

Technical Qualifications

Ideal candidates are:

  • Experienced in scripting or programming in a variety of languages such as VBScript, Shell, and C#
  • Able to install and configure a variety of software solutions
  • Comfortable across operating systems commonly found at large organizations
  • Familiar with general networking and database concepts
